Ride the Tide September 9th Guana Reserve

Ride the Tide September 9th Guana Reserve

Ocean Extreme Sports has done it again, another successful Ride the Tide Group Paddle.

This past Ride the Tide we left the Guana Tolomato River Damn and paddled the outgoing tide to the ICW.  There we followed the intra-coastal to the Usina boat ramp next to Aunt Kate's Restaurant. Along the way, we saw dolphins, turtles, and all types of birds.  The waters were calm and we were extremely happy that we did not have a strong head wind. We had a total of 14 paddlers with one dog, everyone paddling total 4.2 miles.  It was a wonderful experience, once we all packed up, we all met at Beaches Restaurant for lunch after.

Join our next Ride the Tide this Sunday, September 23rd paddling from the Lighthouse boat ramp to the Bridge of Lions and back.  More details on our Calendar tab or email us at sales@oceanextremesports.com
