3 Sports that will improve your kiteboarding skills on no wind days.

3 Sports that will improve your kiteboarding skills on no wind days.

Lets face it, no matter where you are, everyone has days when the forecast fails and you're left sitting on the beach with zero wind and nothing to do. These are 3 sports that, in our opinion, will improve your kiteboarding skills and help you progress as a kitesurfer.

Paddleboard yoga

Yup, you heard it right, paddleboard yoga. Paddle boarding is excellent practice for your balance and core strength while the yoga stretches your muscles and keeps you flexible. A perfect combination to improve your overall kiteboarding skill and endurance. Book now on our website with this link #PADDLEBOARDYOGA

Wakeboarding

Wake boards are extremely similar to kite boards in both design and construction making this sport our top contender. You can hone your boards skills on low wind days practicing both heel side and toe side edging as well as load and pop for jumping performance..

Longboarding

A longboard is a great way to learn toe side edging, a skill that doesn't come naturally to people who kiteboard. If you'd like to learn how to ride toe side, we'd recommend practicing on a skateboard. Just beware if you're new to the sport, asphalt tends to be harder than water :)
